Development Update: Project Moon & Core Breaker

I want to take a moment to share an honest update about where my projects are at and where I’m heading next.
The project many of you knew as Project Moon finally has a real name now: Project Survive.
Project Survive is currently playable, but I want to be very clear about what that means. While you can load in and interact with the world, it does not yet have any real gameplay loops. Most of the work so far has been focused on systems, experiments, and laying the technical foundation rather than building a complete experience.
Because of the scope of the project and current funding limitations, I’ve made the difficult decision to indefinitely postpone development on Project Survive.
This wasn’t an easy choice. Project Survive is something I care deeply about, and this is not a cancellation. I still believe in the project, but it deserves more time, resources, and stability than I can realistically give it right now. If funding and circumstances improve in the future, I fully intend to return to it and continue development properly.
For now, I’ve shifted my focus to something smaller and more achievable: Core Breaker.
Core Breaker is a simpler mobile game and is currently in the very early stages of development. Right now, it’s all about experimenting, prototyping, and figuring out the core idea. The goal with this project is to stay realistic, keep momentum, and actually ship something solid with the resources I have.
This shift lets me keep creating, learning, and moving forward instead of burning out or forcing an ambitious project before it’s ready.
Thank you to everyone who’s followed my work, shared feedback, or shown support. It genuinely means more than you probably realize. I’ll share more about Core Breaker as development continues, and Project Survive will always be waiting for the right time to return.
